Mosaic Homes is a real estate development company based in Vancouver, Canada. Over 24 years, they have build +7,000 homes in the Greater Vancouver area. Mosaic is known for creating distinctive residential communities with a focus on innovative design and quality craftsmanship. We worked with Mosaic to create a new visual identity for their first ever tower project “Town & Centre” in Coquitlam, BC. Deliverables include: visual identity, stationery, branded marketing materials, 70-page spread magazine, signage, sales centre environment, design and development of the project website, built with Next.js and Sanity CMS. With a strong use of typography and colour, this visual identity not only aligns with Mosaic's overarching brand system but also sets the project apart, creating a lasting impression in a competitive real estate landscape.
